We hired Bran construction for two major jobs: 1) our neighbor drove her car through our wall and windows and into our living room, requiring replacement of an entire wall (including complicated Eichler siding), windows, plumbing, electrical, flooring, painting, landscaping, retaining wall, fencing, lighting…. and 2) the complete gut and remodel of a 2bd/2ba condominium. We hired him to do the second job after getting to know him and his team and their work on the first job. They truly work in partnership with their clients and have great ideas and suggestions when you’re stuck.

First: Juan Bran. You will not find a more honest, ethical, and kind contractor. Inviting someone into your home is a big decision, and you will not go wrong with Mr. Bran. He stands behind his work and his team. His team. Hard working, determined, consultative when needed. Every night (for months) they cleaned up completely before they left. All REALLY nice guys. They work quickly and efficiently. Sometimes their finishing work needed a little follow-up, but Mr. Bran always made sure that everything was done nicely, down to the last nail. He takes great pride in their work and does everything to make a customer happy. They truly go above and beyond.

I have nothing but the highest praise and respect for Bran Construction and the enormous amount of work they did on TWO of our properties. You might find cheaper, but you will get what you pay for. Bran’s costs are fair, reasonable, and competitive. With Bran Construction, you can rest assured that you will have a beautiful finished product, done with care and in good taste. Bran construction was hired to remodel the entire house. Juan and his brother Leo were top notch. Their bid was very fair, and they did an excellent job. First, they leveled the floors which were 9-12″ higher on one end than the other. After that they fixed the foundation, which was not an easy task. The kitchen was also redesigned and remodeled as well as all floors, closets, bathrooms, HVAC, deck, landscaping, etc. The subcontractors they employed were high quality, and competent. Their finish work is superb.

Juan always responded promptly when I reached out to him. They have come back to address anything that was requested of them. We were very impressed with their responsiveness and service after move in.

We knew we made the right choice in hiring Bron Construction to do the renovation. I would recommend them highly.

Bran Construction did a 1200 SF deck project for us on a very challenging sloped site that reached +30 feet above grade. We are very pleased with the process and the finished product. I’m an architect and have witnessed the games some contractors will play, but was pleasantly surprised that Juan was a straight shooter and very easy to work with. Juan did not cut corners, was communicative, worked efficiently and finished on schedule. He had several suggestions along the way to improve the design. He took a strong interest in the finished finished product and wanted to make sure it was durable, safe and something that we would be happy with for years to come. Throughout the process, safety was a top priority and I feel very confident in the finished product. Would highly recommend Bran Construction.

Bran Construction did an ADU project at my house in San Rafael. From planning to inspections to the quality of work, I was very impressed. Attention to detail and the level of work exceeded my expectations.

Bran Construction came highly recommended from multiple neighbors on the street. I found their bid to be verycompetitive. Juan and his brother are very good at understanding what you are looking for design wise. We bought the cabinets and counters from other vendors. Juan and company installed the cabinets, worked with my electrician as needed, installed 4 new windows and transom windows. They skillfully built the stove hood structure based on our design requirement to install the insert that we purchased elsewhere. His team of workers are family that all work great together. They are good at all their various skills whether it be painting, plumbing, carpentry, etc. They are neat and reliable workers. They cleaned up nightly. I would highly recommend Bran Construction.
